2023 Rental Catalogue

• For any and all items, the payment of the total amount must be made at the time of pick up;
• Any change not mentioned in this document may be subject to further analysis and re-evaluation of costs;
• If the customer cancels the rental during its duration, the costumer assumes responsibility over the equipment and rental costs;
• Any agreement that differs from the above shall be discussed at a later date by both parties and approved by Golpe Filmes;
• The costs presented are valid for a period of 30 working days;
• All equipment and its proper working conditions must be checked at the time of pick-up and check-up, and is accompanied by a document signed by both parties;
• The equipment is considered as delivered as soon as it leaves our premises;
• The transport of the equipment, as well as its collection and return, are the sole responsibility of the costumer;
• When returning the equipment, it will be checked for its operating condition, verifying if there is any damage or missing parts;
• If any damage occurs to the rental equipment after pickup, even if minor, the payment of the repair or replacement of the item in its entirety shall be the sole responsibility of the costumer, even where damage, deterioration or loss is due to theft, or events of Force Majeure;
• One rental day corresponds to 24 hours, which is counted from the moment the equipment is picked up, until the same time the next day. If previously agreed exceptions may occur;
• The pickup and drop-off of the equipment must be done on working days during working hours, between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. For other schedules, a previous agreement is needed by Golpe Filmes;
• The rental price does not cover any expenses related to operating technicians;
• It is advisable that some of the items available for rental should be accompanied by the services of a camera operator/camera assistant, such as stabilisers. The cost of this service will be presented after the briefing of the project;
• If the customer breaches the conditions presented, Golpe Filmes reserves the right to cancel the rental, and there may not be a refund;
• The content of this document is confidential and may not be disclosed or passed on to third parties without the written consent of Golpe Filmes;
• Complying with Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, in case of litigation the costumer may use the

• Either party may also subject the resolution of conflicts of any nature, arising or related to this contract, to the court of the District of Porto.
